The experience begins with a warm welcome, an introduction to the Castellers, and an explanation of the history and technique behind human towers. You’ll gain insight into the values, motivations, and dedication of those who take part in Castells and learn about the structure, terminology, and different tower formations.

We propose a visit to the Castellers de Barcelona training facility, where you’ll be introduced to the history of Castells and how these impressive towers are built. You’ll watch an introductory video and then observe a live practice session.
There will be opportunities to take photos, and those interested can even participate in the base of the tower, known as the pinya.
This activity is available on Tuesdays, and for small groups, also on Fridays, when we can include a traditional dinner with exclusive views of the training session.
Another option is a shorter experience available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays, lasting about an hour. This is a more team-building-oriented activity that allows participants to experience the teamwork involved in building Castells and understand the values that connect Castellers with the business world. The session will conclude with all participants coming together to form a small tower, known as a pilar.
The meeting point can be the Castellers’ training facility, or we can arrange a pickup from your hotel or another location.
Once the activity is finished, we can organize a dinner at the same venue for small groups or arrange a restaurant booking nearby.
The group will be welcomed at the Castellers’ training facility. The leader will introduce the activity and explain the steps. After the introduction and a short video, you will observe a live training session. Those who are interested can take part in the pinya, the base of the human tower.
If your group does not have private transportation, we can arrange it for you. If you prefer public transport, we will provide detailed directions to reach the location by metro or bus.
For small groups, and only on Friday evenings, we can organize a simple dinner at the training venue, where you can watch the Castellers practice while you eat.
