We present you with a unique team-building activity. Coordination, teamwork, decision-making, and initiative will all be essential to creating the best paella. This cooking challenge is a competitive team experience where groups compete to prepare the best rice dish.

Each team will have its own workstation, complete with a stove and the necessary ingredients. After a welcome drink and an introduction by the chef, teams will start cooking their own paellas. At the end, the chef will select the winning team.

The activity concludes with a shared meal, where the teams will enjoy their own paellas, preceded by a selection of tapas prepared by the chef.

This experience blends competition and collaboration, making it an exciting and rewarding challenge.

During the meal, participants can share experiences and reflect on the best moments of the competition.

The meeting point is located near the Mercado de Sant Josep, also known as La Boquería. We can also arrange hotel or restaurant pickup if your group is staying in Barcelona.

This activity is ideal for groups of 15 to 30 people, but we can also accommodate larger groups with some adaptations. For very large teams, we can organize a showcooking format, which allows everyone to participate comfortably.

How does the activity work?

The group is welcomed with a glass of cava, and the chef introduces the activity and explains the steps. Participants are divided into teams and assigned to their workstations, where they will prepare their rice dishes. The experience ends with a cocktail-style meal where everyone enjoys the food together.

How does the prize-giving work?

The chef will taste all the paellas, and the teams will also have a chance to try each other’s dishes. The best paella will be selected as the winner. Additional prizes can also be awarded, such as best presentation.

How do we get to the starting point?

If your group does not have private transportation, we can arrange it for you. If you prefer public transport, we will provide the necessary directions to reach the location by metro or bus.
